October 2007
10/28/07 - Just waiting for the Sox game tonight. Hanging out, Stacey is napping on the couch and Im listening to sports radio. We fired up the fireplace last night for the first time. I just turned up the heat...hoping nothing leaks in the baseboard heating units. They shouldnt but but after all the issues the house had with the burst pipes when we were buying I'm still kinda cautious about it. I keep walking around the house ckecking things out. We had the whole system checked for weak spots after the repairs were done...so far so good. 10/27/07 - SLEDGEHAMMERS ARE COOL!! I had an old concrete sink in the basement that was taken out by the plumbers a few months back. I couldnt stand looking at it anymore so I went and bought a big old sledgehammer and this morning took out my frustrations. I recommend it, great fun!! Of course then I had to lug all that broken concrete up the basement stairs and out into the garage. Now how do I get rid of it all. At least it's outta the basement!! 10/26/07 - some new photos.......Not real prints, just negative scans(not great ones). Better than nothing right? Excuse my rustiness but it feels good to post something new.

10/25/07 - Watching the Red Sox game no, I had to walk away and do something for a minute to chill out. Here i s a camera i've been playing with lately. A Fed 5 from Russia. I took this photo at work today. 10/6/07 - Yup, it's me checking in. Busy day today, I put up one more post for our fence, finished removing the grout in the kitchen floor(an awful job), fixed a window in the basement, did some painting and drank 3 beers. Wanted to get a lot done today so tomorrow I can relax and watch the Red Sox finish off the Angels. I do have film to develop as I've said previously but it just hasn't been a priority. This homeowning thing does change priorites and suck up all one's time. But I'm not done with it and the website, just on a bit of hiatus. Maybe I should post photos of the work Im doing, even if I use the little digital camera. I know my photo of the week thing is a bust this year, maybe in 08.
